It enables our passengers with existing tickets to make flight changes such as rescheduling and rerouting of previously booked/ ticketed tickets

Instead of calling our Reservation Hotline or visiting our Ticket Office, our passengers can now change their flight arrangement "in just one click" at their convenience anytime, anywhere.

  • Flight date and time
  • Contact information.
  • You can also add/purchase Ancillary and Add-Ons Products.

The system will only accept flight changes from the website until 24 hours prior to your flight’s estimated time of departure for tickets issued (cutover date) onward.

Passengers with online purchased tickets to be rescheduled or rerouted must have the following:

  • Last Name of Passenger
  • Booking Reference Number

You must also have a valid credit card ready to settle any applicable charges for your new flight schedule or route adjustment.

Kindly use a valid credit card when paying applicable fees to complete your online Manage Booking transaction.

Rebooking and purchase of ancillary products through our Manage Booking service requires credit cards to finalize the transaction.

For cash transaction, kindly contact our Reservation and Ticketing hotline at (+960) 300-6672 Ext. 1 or visit MEGA Maldives Ticket Office nearest you to facilitate your ticket rebooking.

  • Bookings made other than our website
  • Split/divide passengers
  • Cancellation and refund.

The pre-selected ancillary products such as prepaid baggage and seat will be carried over to the new flight schedule if these are available on the new flight.

For prepaid seat, if the pre-selected seat is not available, the passenger may choose a similar seat option with the same charge amount or make an upgrade.
