If you have purchased your ticket through a travel agent, you will need to contact them directly for any changes to your ticket. If you purchased it from one of MEGA Maldives Airlines offices, you may send an email to email@example.com with your ticket information. You may check the Flight Schedules before you call to check alternate dates and times. The ticket change fee is subject to any price difference.
All refund requests are subject to the rules of the ticketed fare, and fees or penalties may apply to your refund. Your itinerary will be cancelled at the time the refund is processed.
MEGA will issue refunds for eligible tickets within seven business days for credit/debit card purchases. The refund may take up to two billing cycles before it is reflected on your credit/debit card statement. Refunds for eligible tickets purchased with cash or check will be processed within 30 business days from when your request is processed.
NOTE: MEGA is not able to directly refund tickets purchased through travel agencies. Please contact your travel agency for specific rules.
